The Parent Hub will eventually connect families to announcements, calendars, tuition links, forms, and parent communication channels.
Family updates
Parent communication links will be added here once the appropriate channels are created.
Two-way messaging
Early communication may use Google Groups, WhatsApp, or another simple tool before a full parent portal is needed.
Tuition payments
Tuition payment links will be added only after the payment and invoicing system is selected.
Future parent portal
A school information system can be added later for attendance, grades, balances, forms, and family records.
Phased, not overbuilt.
The first version should stay simple. As families enroll, Samara Academy can add the right parent tools without locking into the wrong platform too early.
